…cuz I meet a trainer at the park near my house. But what about the rest of the week? Ummmmmmmm…
She tries to be kind. She tries not to laugh. I make a lot of noise when I work out:
umph. urgh. what? oof. INHALE. huh? that? how many times? is that it? Wheeze? No! Shut up! Grrr. arrrrrrr!

Umm, sometimes brutal, always good at the end, rain or shine and I’m getting better on my planks. Now if I can just make sure and workout more than once a week I’d be set!
